Ordering from us

As a customer of For You and Your Home you should be confident in the knowledge that when ordering from us your information is safe and secure.

Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1

Access the online shop using the central menu bar.

Step 2

There are two ways to select the products:

In the online shop home page, you will see each category laid out in front of you. To view the products within each category simply click on the image or category name. Under each category we have grouped the products into sub-categories. This should help you find the item you are looking for. Sometimes the various collections may extend onto various pages.
Alternatively, if you know what you are looking for then by all means use the search facility on the top right hand side of the screen. Simply fill in the name of the item or a descriptive word and click Find. Only the products listed under the word you have used in your search will be displayed.

Step 3

Choose the product you would like to purchase and click on the Add to basket button alongside its details. Your product will automatically be added to your shopping basket.

Step 4

When you have finished shopping or wish to see a list of the things you have ordered click on the View basket button on the right hand side. This is a good stage to check that your order is correct. If you have changed your mind about any item you can remove it from the basket or click on Continue shopping to add more items to your basket.

Step 5

You will now be asked to complete the order form, providing us with your name, full address including postcode and contact telephone number.

Step 6

At this point you will be forwarded to the PayPal website where you will be able to pay using a debit or credit card, or a PayPal account if you have one. PayPal uses SSL encryption so you can be sure that your payment details are safe.
